To create an account on bdtun, you must provide accurate personal information. If any details you provided at registration change, you must notify the bdtun support team as soon as possible.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If someone accesses your account without your permission, contact support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdtun may request documents for identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may permanently close your account at any time through support. bdtun also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a rule violation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

bdtun supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods only: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Limits

  1. Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
  2. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Incomplete KYC verification may result in additional processing time.

4.4 General Rules

  1. Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's name only.
  2. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  3. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
  4. If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, bdtun may hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  1. Each bonus offer may have its own terms; reading the relevant terms before accepting an offer is mandatory.
  2. If bdtun detects an attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
  3. The original deposit may be withdrawn before wagering is complete, but the bonus balance will not be withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
  4. bdtun reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without giving a reason.
  5. Bonus offers that are not used within a set period may be automatically cancelled.
If multiple accounts, multiple members using the same IP address, or unusual betting patterns are detected, bdtun reserves the right to forfeit bonuses.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

6.2 Technical Issues

bdtun's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members move up to higher tiers based on regular play.

  1. Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  2. Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  3. Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The specific terms for VIP tier determination and cashback payments are set by bdtun and are subject to change. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may have its own wagering requirements.

VIP benefits are a privilege — not a right. bdtun reserves the right to review or withdraw VIP membership at any time.
